Galway was born in the spring of 2016. She is out of RCF Elsa (a Swedish Fattings Aron daughter) and RCF Earl (a Swedish Granby Mr Big son). Peter and I had to pull her out. Elsa was tired and needed a bit of help! Galway became Peter’s ewe.
Galway’s lamb fleece was a darker grey with lots of curls. At the moment she looks lighter grey. She has a nice body conformation with a perfect black head and black legs.
Galway imprinted on her mum’s behavior and became one of the sheep who always come to you! She is one of the farm’s favorite.
This year Galway will be part of our AI breeding program and receive Swedish semen from one of the top Swedish Gotland rams.
We will travel to Ronan Country Fibers this Wednesday to get the girls artificially inseminated.
